I LEARNED THE VALUE OF CONNECTION WHEN I HAD NO ONE TO CALL.

I came to Chicago starting over with very little. One day, I needed help and realized I couldn't think of one person to call. I had no community, nor did I understand how vital a community is to fulfilling your purpose. That moment changed the way I live my life.

I began intentionally learning how to communicate, build meaningful relationships, present myself, enter new places, and create genuine connections.

Today, I teach the very skills I had to learn to build the life I have now, from classrooms and college campuses to organizations, workshops, and community stages. I help people strengthen their communication, confidence, relationships, and presence.
